I work on complex data, workflow, and product problems — especially where systems, people, and ambiguity intersect. Moving from complexity to simplicity often means moving through challenging terrain, and that's where I do my best work.
I spend time understanding what actually needs to be solved before reaching for a solution. Then I deliver — from concept through to working systems, shipped products, and teams that know what they're doing and why.
Where I work
I'm comfortable working across domains that don't usually sit together — and I find that's often where the most useful work happens.
How I work
I don't start with solutions. I spend time with people, map the problem, and make sure we're working on the right thing before anything gets built.
I use communication — written, spoken, and visual — to keep things clear and unambiguous. Scrappy drawings, diagrams, and documentation that help people see and align on a system before it exists.
I don't stop at recommendations. I work through to outcomes — shipped products, working systems, and teams with a shared understanding of what they're building and why.
A few things I've worked on
Land management digitisation — helped government and corporate organisations map, document, and digitise land management processes across global regions
Workflow documentation standards — improved alignment across organisations by designing and introducing documentation standards that gave teams a shared language
Global governance systems — developed systems integrating data from multiple jurisdictions into a single source of truth
End-to-end product delivery — taken systems from concept to launch and growth across GIS, fintech, last mile delivery, and land management
Now
Building the Geocode Platform — a tool for data teams who work with messy field data and need clean, spatially enriched output without writing code
Offering data & product consulting — particularly around geocoding, spatial infrastructure, and getting data into a shape worth reporting on
Roster is live — continuing to improve it based on how anaesthetists actually use it day to day
